Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

• Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

• Non-refundable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards, clearance items, or opened drink ware due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

• To start a return, please email us at support@sipsmarts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at support@sipsmarts.com and we will assist you with the process.
